Locally Negotiated Agreements

Bargaining in Passport Services takes place at two levels: 1) at the national level (between Passport Services HQ and the NFFE Local 1998 leadership - e.g., Union President, Vice President, etc.), and 2) at the local level (e.g., between the office Director, Assistant Director, or designees, and the Senior Steward and Union Steward for that office).  While the Master Agreement covers a myriad of issues, the parties specified a number of topics or details to be addressed at the local level, including those matters listed in Article 12, Section 16.  Below are many of the agreements that were negotiated locally:
