The most important written resource for NFFE Local 1998 Union representatives is the NFFE Local 1998 Steward Manual, which is included in the links on the left.  The Steward Manual is written by and for NFFE Local 1998 Union representatives.  It is NOT an agreement between the Union and Management.  The Manual contains guidance for Union Stewards in performing their duties.
