NFFE Local 1998 is one of
nearly two hundred locals that make up the National
Federation of Federal Employees, or
NFFE.

building.) NFFE affiliated with the
IAMAW in 1999, thus becoming a member of the
AFL-CIO.
The Federal Employee
Education and Assistance Fund (FEEA)
is a CFC-approved charity totally dedicated to serving
federal workers. FEEA was chartered by NFFE and
other organizations in 1986.
The Guide Dogs of America
(GDA)
is a CFC-approved charity dedicated to providing guide
dogs free of charge to persons who are visually
impaired. The GDA was founded in 1948 with the
help of the IAMAW.
